- 按摩油： 羅馬洋甘菊具有抗過敏和止痛的作用，可配合薰衣草精油製作成複方，能對燒燙傷的傷口進行急救、亦能治療蜜蜂叮咬的狀況，協助鎮靜傷口與止痛。羅馬洋甘菊配合百里香精油，能緩和扭傷與拉傷的狀況，輕輕按摩患部能協助消腫。

✧ Common Usage :

- Diffuse: Roman Chamomile can soothe tense nerves, create a peaceful and calm atmosphere, and can also assist in sleeping. If you have nausea, you can mix equal amounts of Roman chamomile and peppermint essential oils, drop them on a breathing stick or tissue and inhale to relieve symptoms.
- Massage oil: Roman chamomile has anti-allergic and analgesic effects. It can be combined with lavender essential oil to make a compound. It can provide first aid for burns and scald wounds. It can also treat bee stings and help calm wounds and relieve pain. Roman chamomile combined with thyme essential oil can relieve sprains and strains. Gently massaging the affected area can help reduce swelling.
- Bath: Roman Chamomile can soothe the discomfort caused by psoriasis and eczema and help the skin restore health.
- Facial care: Roman chamomile is particularly suitable for conditioning facial skin. It can be used to make products to apply to facial skin and body skin.
