✧ 常用方法：
 
- 擴香： 歐白芷精油可緩解焦慮、神經緊張，舒緩頭痛與壓力狀況。
- 蒸汽吸入療法： 歐白芷精油可緩解感冒、流感以及呼吸道症狀，可配合絲柏等精油以加強其功效。
- 按摩油： 歐白芷精油可單獨使用/混合使用，緩解關節炎所作出的疼痛、或關節僵硬的現象。此配方亦可做成浴鹽，配合暖水浸浴，帶來放鬆和舒緩的效果。

佛手柑、快樂鼠尾草、檸檬、香蜂草、萊姆、甜橙、廣藿香、岩蘭草、橙花
 
✧ 使用禁忌：
 
- 懷孕婦女、孩童、糖尿病患者避免使用歐白芷精油。
- 根部萃取之歐白芷精油可能會有光敏感反應。

- Steam Inhalation Therapy:  Angelica essential oil can relieve colds, flu and respiratory symptoms, and can be mix with cypress and other essential oils to enhance its effect.
- Massage oil:  Angelica essential oil can be used alone or mixed to relieve pain caused by arthritis or joint stiffness. This formula can also be made into bath salts and used with warm water baths to bring relaxation and soothing effects.
