✧ 常用方法：
- 適用症狀包括 ：關節炎、支氣管炎、 血液循環不良、感冒、咳嗽、耳朵痛、昏厥、發燒、流行性感冒、痛風、頭痛、蚊蟲叮咬、失眠、偏頭痛、肌肉痠痛、噁心、鼻炎、緩解焦慮、壓力等等狀況。
- 按摩油：
羅勒精油可單獨使用/混合使用，能緩解肌肉酸痛，尤其是肌肉勞損特別有效。羅勒精油可與甜馬鬱蘭混合使用，能製作成舒緩肌肉並撫慰心靈的芳香按摩油。
- 頭皮保養： 羅勒精油可混合迷迭香稀釋在基底油當中，睡前按摩頭皮，等到第二天早上再沖掉，以保養頭皮、促進頭髮生長。
