- 按摩油： 快樂鼠尾草精油可混合薰衣草與香蜂草精油，稀釋於基底油後塗抹太陽穴，以緩和頭痛狀況、緩和情緒壓力。快樂鼠尾草精油亦能緩解月經疼痛、改善產後抑鬱的現象，亦能緩解更年期的熱潮紅、夜間度汗、更年期疲勞的狀況。
- 生活用品：快樂鼠尾草精油具有抗細菌作用，是很好的除臭劑，可配合薰衣草、橙花精油製作成除臭噴霧，噴灑於空間、床單、枕套上，帶來放鬆、清香的除臭作用。

✧ Common Usage :

- Diffuse: Clary Sage essential oil has calming effect on nerves, helping to relax nerves, stabilize mood, relieve stress, and treat headaches caused by mood and stress. Clary Sage essential oil could be blend with Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Sweet Marjoram and Peppermint essential oils to relieve migraine symptoms.
- Massage oil: Clary Sage essential oil can be mixed with Lavender and Melissa essential oils, diluted in a base oil and applied to the temples to relieve headache conditions and relieve emotional stress. Clary sage essential oil also relieves menstrual pain, improves the phenomenon of postpartum depression, and relieves menopausal hot redness, night sweats, and menopausal fatigue.
-Household goods: Clary Sage essential oil has antibacterial effect, which is a good for making deodorant spray.
