✧ 常用方法：
- 適用症狀包括 ：焦慮症、關節炎、氣喘、香港腳、支氣管炎、瘀傷、燒燙傷、水痘、感冒、咳嗷、刀傷、擦傷、流行性感冒、花粉熱、腰痛、肌肉痠痛、灰指甲、噁心、帶狀皰疹、扭傷、拉傷、壓力
- 擴香： 丁香精油有助緩解因咳嗽、感冒與流行性感冒導致的呼吸道不適症狀，亦有祛痰功效。亦可以透過使用丁香精油擴香以淨化空氣，不過使用分量與時間不宜過度。
- 按摩油： 丁香精油帶有抗病毒的特性，可減輕帶狀皰疹和水痘造成的搔癢與疼痛症狀。丁香精油亦能稀釋與基底油於患部按摩、或是進行泡澡，以舒緩關節疼痛與肌肉疼痛的症狀。
- 治療灰甲症狀： 混合基底油稀釋丁香精油後，使用棉花棒塗抹於指甲與邊緣的肌膚上，幾分鐘後使用繃帶/膠布黏上，每天塗抹2-3次。

羅勒、佛手柑、洋甘菊、薑、永久花、薰衣草、檸檬、甜橙、玫瑰草、檀香
✧ 使用禁忌：
- 懷孕婦女的婦女請避免使用丁香精油。
- 丁香精油有機會導致皮膚與黏膜疼痛發炎現象。

- 切勿使用未稀釋的純精油。

✧ Common Usage :
- Applicable Symptoms : Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, Athlete's foot, Bronchitis, Bruises, Burns, Chickenpox, Cold, Cough, Cuts, Abrasions, Flu, Hay fever, Low back pain, Muscle aches, Onychomycosis, Nausea, Shingles, Sprains, Strains, Stress
- Diffuse: Clove essential oil helps relieve respiratory discomfort caused by coughs, colds and influenza, and also has an expectorant effect. You can also use clove essential oil to diffuse the aroma to purify the air, but the amount and time used should not be excessive.
- Massage Oil: Clove essential oil has anti-viral properties and can reduce the itching and pain caused by shingles and chickenpox. Clove essential oil can also be diluted with carrier oil and applied to the affected area for massage or bathing to relieve joint pain and muscle pain.
- Treatment of Onychomycosis Symptoms: After diluting clove essential oil with a carrier oil, use a cotton swab to apply it on the nail and the skin around the edges. After a few minutes, use a bandage/tape to stick it on. Apply 2-3 times a day.
